Just wanted to tell all of the Living Social Coupon Purchasers a HUGE Thank You! I am enjoying meeting everyone. I appreciate people. I truly enjoy getting to know just a little slice of the women's lives that come in to see me. Everyone has a story, a need, a purpose. I learn from everyone that I meet. That's why I enjoy my work. I am able to learn about the women I provide services to through the nail services that I provide. I enjoy solving the nail problems and needs of the women that I meet.... but more importantly, I enjoy people and where they are at in their journey in life, I enjoy hearing about their jobs, their spouses, their children, their joys, their goals and dreams, and I empathize with them in their disappointments and sadness. Not everyone who comes in wants to start sharing their lives with me - and that's perfectly okay. I love laughing with my clients about common humorous events, etc. I also love being able to see a client just choose to relax and vegg in the spa chair or wait expectantly to see the finished product on their nails, and then see their happiness and joy when the service is completed. To see a woman happy because of how their nails look after the process, or their toenails look after their pedicure (the before and after,) is so extremely rewarding and this happiness enables me to leave my day with total satisfaction. Of course, and unfortunately, I know that I cannot please everyone. Thankfully, I don't focus on that. But...my goal IS to please every single person that I see in my Salon .My main goal is to provide quality work and create a good experience for my clients. If a person is not willing to let me know that they are not happy with any part of my service, I don't know that there is a problem, and I will not have the opportunity to rectify that problem - which I will happily rectify if I am given the opportunity. So......... I look forward to meeting all of the women who haven't booked their appointments yet, and I hope that you will absolutely love your nails after you come in, and, as well, I hope that you will have a satisfying and great experience!
